Refund policy

RETURNS POLICY
Purchases made online are available for refunds only; exchanges are not permitted. If you wish to exchange a product, you will need to return the original items for a refund and make a new purchase at shopoptical.co.uk.

We want you to love your products. If you are not completely satisfied, we will issue a full credit on returns processed within 30 days from the date you receive the item. You don’t have to pay for return shipping – we’ve got you covered!

International orders - Return postage will need to be paid for by the customer. Once item is received in good condition a full credit will be issued for the original purchase.



TO PROCESS A RETURN REQUEST:
Step 1 - Send an email to students@bondeyeoptical.co.uk with the following information.

- Your Name

- Email

- Full Postal Address

- Phone Number

- Order No.

- Reason for your return

Step 2 – We will email you a packing slip and a pre-paid return shipping label. Return shipping is on us!

Step 3 – Return items in Shop Optical packaging. Include a copy of the packing slip and apply the shipping label to the outside of the box.

Step 4 – Drop off at your nearest post-office.

You MUST obtain a proof of postage receipt from the post office when you send items back to us otherwise your return may not be valid.

Products may be returned if the items are unused and in the same condition as they were received. All items must be returned in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Once your return is received and approved, a credit will be made in the original form of payment used. Unfortunately, we cannot refund any original shipping charges. Shipping charges will only be refunded if you received the incorrect item or the item sent was defective.

Only products purchased via shopoptical.co.uk may be returned for a refund. Shop Optical is not liable for goods in transit. Shop Optical recommends returns to be safely packaged and insured at your cost. All return paperwork must include full name, return address (no PO Box), contact number, email address and proof of purchase if a warranty is being claimed.
